Workshop 6 - Brain Gym/ Bal-A-Vis-X

A series of  Interactive Learning Practices

Brain Gym uses techniques such as re-patterning  which is the integration of the left and right hemispheres of the brain through specific movements; stress release techniques; and balancing the meridians of the body.

Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance / Auditory / Vision eXercises, of varied complexity, most of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. These exercises require full-body coordination and focused attention.


A Panacea for the Development of Physical, Educational & Social Skills through Movement

  It is about creating or restoring balance through movement

  It is about the development of self-esteem and confidence

  It is about self-monitoring

  It is about integration of the whole.
